WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED?
WE DO NOT COVER LOCAL CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND ANY OTHER RELATED CHARGES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
ORDERS FROM EU COUNTRIES WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU MAY TAKE UP TO 7 BUISNESS DAYS TO BE DISPATCHED DUE TO CUSTOMS FORMALITIES.
WHILST WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, DELAYS IN SHIPPING DURING PEAK TRADE TIMES MAY OCCUR. PEAK TRADE TIMES INCLUDE LAUNCH DAYS, SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, SEASONAL SALES AND HOLIDAY PERIODS.
PRE-ORDER AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS CAN TAKE 2 TO 4 WEEKS UNTIL DISPATCHEMENT AS THESE PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE MADE ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION.
RETURN
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
PLEASE WRITE AN EMAIL TO INFO@RARECHIVE.COM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, THE ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN AND THE REASON WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER ARRIVAL. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR RETURN. ANY RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORISATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CHARGE A 10€ RETURN FEE. ADDITIONALLY ANY SHIPPING, DUTY AND TAX COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURNED PARCEL HAVE TO BE BORNE BY YOU AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN COST?
FOR RETURNS WE WILL DEDUCT A 10€ RETURN FEE PER RETURN. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE FEE IF AN ITEM IS DETERMINED TO BE FAULTY OR INCORRECT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NOTE THAT INFORMATION WHEN EMAILING US ABOUT YOUR RETURN.
ADDITIONALLY ANY SHIPPING, DUTY AND TAX COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURNED PARCEL HAVE TO BE BORNE BY YOU AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
WILL I BE REFUNDED CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
UNFORTUNATELY, NO. DUTIES AND TAXES THAT WERE PAID UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER.

WE ARE SORRY IF YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT AND WE WANT TO HELP YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@RARECHIVE.COM AS SOON AS YOU DISCOVER THE DEFECT. PLEASE PROVIDE AS MANY DETAILS AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER FOR US TO BEST ASSIST YOU, SUCH AS: ORDER NUMBER, NAME OF THE FAULTY ITEM AND PICTURES OF THE FAULTY ITEM.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
IT MAY TAKE UP TO 40 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO REACH OUR STUDIO. UPON RECEIPT, WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE REFUND AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.
ALL REFUNDS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED ON THE PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. THE AMOUNT WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN IN YOUR ACCOUNT BASED ON THE PROCESSING TIME OF YOUR BANK.
