We do not cover local customs, duties, taxes and any other related charges for orders outside of the EU and the US*. Please note that product prices shown on the website do not include customs, duties and taxes.
*For US orders under €800, duties are included at checkout under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms, no extra fees will be collected upon delivery. Customers are responsible for compliance with US customs regulations. Please note that trade policies and tariff rates are subject to change, which may affect pricing or delivery timelines.For US orders above €800, additional customs duties and taxes are charged by US customs or the carrier at delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders from EU countries will be dispatched within 2-3 business days Monday through Friday.
Orders from outside the EU may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched due to customs formalities.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays in shipping during peak trade times may occur. Peak trade times include launch days, special promotions, seasonal sales and holiday periods.
Pre-order and made-to-order items can take 2 to 6 weeks until dispatchment as these products will only be made once we receive the order confirmation. In case of shipping delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.Please note: if your order includes at least one pre-order item, your order will only be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is available.

The estimated delivery date is provided in the product description and payment is required immediately upon order. Product availability is guaranteed during the pre-order phase but may be limited based on demand. Pre-orders can only be canceled in the event of shipping delays before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us via email with your name, order number, the item you want to return and the reason within 14 days of your order arrival. You will receive an email from us with all the necessary information on how to proceed with your return. Any return without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender.
Please note that any shipping, duty and tax costs related to the returned parcel have to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. -
