Return & Withdrawal

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works

Fill out this form or contact us via email with your name, email address, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning. Once we have received your request, we will send you an email with all the necessary information on how to proceed. 
To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please contact us about your return first before sending your parcel back. Returns sent without prior notification may take longer to process.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed within 14 days. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days of arrival, please contact us via email with your proof of return and a list of the items returned.

All refunds will automatically be issued to the payment method used to place the order. The funds will be available again in your account based on the processing time of your bank.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

- The item is unworn and in its original condition
- All original tags and labels are still attached
- The item is free from perfume, makeup or any signs of use
- The return was submitted within the 14-day withdrawal window

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If you would like the item returned to you, we can arrange this at your cost. 

If you've received a faulty product, please contact our customer service via this form or email as soon as you discover the defect. Please provide as many details as possible in order for us to best assist you, such as: order number, name of the faulty item and pictures of the faulty item. We will get back to you as soon as possible to help find the best solution.

Shipping & costs

Return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes incurred during the return shipment, are to be borne by you. Any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for refund.

For EU orders, original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with EU consumer protection law. For orders outside the EU, original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
